I have asked for the internet connection on tata photon max device whose MEID Device No is A000003680AAB9 and photon no is ********80 which has plan of 1200 of 11 GB, which is running on and paying regular bill for 4 months, but tata docomo has generated the another false photon number of ********52 whose MEID Device No is A000003680AAB1 on my name and issued the bill Rs 917 for the device which i havent got it and even ever purchased that device.
I am trying to explain every customer care executive that i haven't of got any device for which they are claiming me the bill. but they dont want to listen.
when i have get the number first time of ********80, it was a rule of government that customer has to call customer care and confirm the address for number then it will started that i have done with ********80, but after 4 days i got another msg from tata that you number is ********52 then i havent call to confirm the adress even after that they started number on my name.
then i call on retailer which i have applied through online, they told me its mistake of tata that they put the last number B1 in place of B9 which they will resolve but after 1-2 weeks not even resolved and atlast i have to cut false connection of ********
Now they areclaiming me for bill of Rs1174
I am getting mentally torchered for 3 months for paying bill all the time
Please help me to get rid of these false bills and device for which they are claiming on me.
I want the claim for torchering me for bill and how have they issued another bill on my name
