Dear IRCTC,
Today(24/07/2011), i tried to book a tickets using IRCTC web portal. But due to some issues, the ticket didnt get booked. The site redirected to a page that displays
"https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do" .
When i checked the booked history the ticket was not booked, yet to my surprise the money was deducted from my bank account.
I need the refund of money which was debited inspite of failed transaction. Please suggest how to proceed further.
When i checked the "FAILED PAYMENT REFUND STATUS" these are the details i got for my failed transactions.

Requesting you to consider my complaint and provide a successful resolution which is refunding my money back to my account. Expecting a immediate action and quick solution from your side.
P.S: Also it would be good from your part to avoid such problems/inconvenience in future by implementing permanent fix to this technical issue as i found staggering amount of complaints registered regarding this issue.
