Due to Transaction failure amount got deducted from My ICICI Bank A/c no :********1128

Payment Not Received From Bank but it got deducted form my Bank account due to Transaction failure


Its almost more then 1 months. Please return my money as soon as possible.

Note : Please provide me the concern person or department for further approach.

many times I could successfully got my e-ticket. But regret to say that thare wre several failed transcation from wich I got the refund and on few occasions my money was not refunded. I do not know where the technical problem lies Is it with the bank with which Ihave made internet banking or with the Railway. In any case i an the looser as I had to loose the money. Rly authority must clearly give us the detailed status report.
