Sir,
I have booked tickets in railways and most of the tickets i booked were failed in transaction.Due to this i lose money from my account and the lost money have not been refunded till now.
I have about 8 failed transactions and some of them booked about A month ago.

many times I could successfully got my e-ticket. But regret to say that thare wre several failed transcation from wich I got the refund and on few occasions my money was not refunded. I do not know where the technical problem lies Is it with the bank with which Ihave made internet banking or with the Railway. In any case i an the looser as I had to loose the money. Rly authority must clearly give us the detailed status report.

Dear Customer,
Please note that below transaction ids was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we didn't receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. If at all the amount was debited, kindly send us the scan-copy / screen-shot of the bank statement by hiding the credit card no. to pursue the matter.

Payment Not Received From Bank but it got deducted form my Bank account due to Transaction failure
Its almost more then 1 months. Please return my money as soon as possible.
