Written mail on 10/04/2011 :This is extremely painful but till now not gets resolution of my problem. Still AC is giving the problem.
Only received a call from K.P.Automotive, Jaipur but they’ve came in picture very late. Problem persists well before their entry. I’ve no complaints with them.
Maruti is known for its “Services” that too for after sales services but sorry to say in my case I’m feeling like cheated.
In my social & official circle, friends are using Cars without any AC problem even after running of 60,000 – 80,000 Kms but I’m facing problem from merely at 20,000 kms.
I understand that by losing 1 customer (Driving Maruti since 1999 onwards), it doesn’t make any difference to big company like Maruti but this is for sure that my next vehicle would not of Maruti make, if not get solution for the same.

Dear Team – My problem is basically related to “Service” department. First pls find the details of my vehicle:

Now summarising the problem:

In the month of Feb’10, found AC was not working properly as cooling was low & noise is coming out. I’d gone to Maruti Authorised dealer at Jodhpur – Shri Krishna Auto Sales Pvt Ltd for rectification. They had told that full AC over hauling had to be done & done the job vide Job Card No: JC09008182 dated 02/03/2010 & KM reading was 21766. Then I’ve been shifted to Jaipur.
After coming to Jaipur, again faced the same problem & contact one of your MASS – Jai Shri Ram Auto Service Centre & intimated the same with periodic service schedule. Done the Job vide Job No-0047827 dated 12/07/2010 & KM reading was 30512.
But the same problem continues and in the month of Oct’10, one of my channel partner i.e. M&M automotive dealer told me that AC gas was not in desired quantity during my visit. Filled the same but after that due to winters, AC was not much of use.
Again while periodic service, gone to K.P.Automotives (P) Ltd & done the job vide Job Card No.: JC10026670 dated 02/02/2011 & KM reading was 40080. As weather changed, when started the AC, again there was substantial noise coming out of it.
Again gone to K.P.Automotives (P) Ltd, yesterday for resolution of the problem as major noise is coming out, when we give acceleration. They have told that Radiator fan was not working & rest will confirm after checking the same. Finally they told that Radiator fan is working now but major noise is coming out of AC compressor so the only solution for this is the replacement of it. But you’ve to pay for it as your vehicle is not under warranty.

Now pls suggest me what to do now. I’m facing problem since long and no one has resolved or suggested the same instantly or under warranty period and now when vehicle is out of warranty, recommending changing. Done the periodic services as per service schedule, why no one has checked the proper functioning of it.
