M S. Karan Automobiles - Facing issues with newly bought Hero Honda Pleasure

I bought a Hero Honda Pleasure around 3 months back. However its creating problem in starting every now and then. My sister use to drive it and the situation becomes really tough when it stops on road and doesn't get start. I have taken it to local service center 5 times however they are not able to identify the problem. Please help me.
