Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Extremely Dis satisfied from Maruti Insurance Policy Renewal

Dear All,

I am extremely dis satisfied with Maruti Suzuki's Insurance renewal. I gave a Post dated Cheque to an Insurance Agent named Mr Awasthi Ph# ********78 on Feb 15. He advised my Car's Policy would be auto renewed and sent at my address in March.

My policy has expired on Mar 17th and I have not received the policy till date. Now this agent is also not taking my call. I really don't know if company like Maruti is not able to manage this whole section of Insurance then why are they giving undue stress to customers.

I would recommend you not to go for your insurance renewal through Maruti as it would be the biggest mistake you would ever do in your life.
