I have been trying to be in touch with seagate helpline ( 1********35 ) toll free number and head office ( 044******** ) with Mr. Karthik as he was attending the call all the time. I have complained to them on 22nd august that care centre incharge here ( Rajkot -Gujarat) Mr Satish Kansagara has by fraud taken 700rs from me in name of company though my hard drive was in warranty. This people took no action and kept me under impression that they will soon take action and pay back my money. And mr. Karthik always was in hurry that I end my phone quickly and gave VERY careless answers all the time. Today helpline person hang up my phone while i was demanding answer for their careless behavior. I have come to conclusion that all this people who runs seagate company are fraud. I would never ever buy any things from this brand.
