HDFC Bank Limited - Extreame Harassment & Nuisance phonogrames,Legal Notices& calls by HDFC Bank.

Dear sir,
with humble regards it is to inform you that since last one year I have been continuously harassed by HDFC Bank for the third part collection by call,Legal notices,phonograms or sms.so many times I have mentioned to the HDFC Bank's Grievances dept that I don't have any HDFC credit card at all but then also they send this phonogrames or legal notices on my residence address or to my shop address by saying that card holder has updated my address as his permanent address.since log time I have been requesting HDFC Bank to delete my data from their data base but they are not doing it.
This time I received phonograms on now on my residence address on 07.08.10 at 18.06 pm it is sent by Pallavi her no is ********07.previously I received phonogrames which were sent on my residence address by Mr.Mithun his mobile No is ********13&another Mr.Anil Pujari&his No is:********15. as they were sending Nuisance phonogrames.apart from that I received a legal notice for Mr.suhas Joshi Card No:434********07860,Sender:Dev,Sai&Shafiq,Associates,Chennai .phone No:********99,********60,Mr.T.Sugadev,I still don't understand that I have requested numerous time on Consumer Forum,but in spite of these requests nothing has happened.so when ever I complain regarding phonogrames or notice which is sent on my residence or shop address.immediately I will receive a call&mail from Hdfc Bank Grievances dept,assuring that hence forth I will not receive any kind of such phonograms,Legal notices or phones for the third party collections.but it is in vain as they will again send the phonograms,Legal notices or they make nuisance calls to my shop address.
Here in this forum I am pasting here some of the assurance mail which were sent to me by the Grievances Dept of Hdfc Bank.
so I humbly request to get the permanent solutions to my this complain.

We fully realise the extent of inconvenience caused due to receipt of calls from the Bank. We are sensitized to your comments expressed and hasten to assure you that the same has been investigated as appropriate. We have also taken immediate note of your feedback to ensure that you are not disturbed in future.
