Respected Sir/Madam

With due respect I want to complain that I purchased Mahindra Verito Reg. No. PB-29 P 8485 (moga) in month of January 2013 . There is a exchange bonus of Rs. 10,000. with any other car. At the time of purchase dealer told me that now you have to pay full amount and your exchange bonus will be returned in form of cheque within 3 months .But now almost 9 months are over and I haven't received my cheque yet .
Within this period I don't know how many mobile calls i had made to dealer and customer care but with the response that you will get feedback within 3 -4 hrs .Every time i made a call to customer care i received this response only and nowadays Modern moters Ludhiana stopped picking my phone call and I have to call from some one others phone .

I want to know if they dont want to return my 10,000 why cant they directly deny it why I have to call them again and again .
I am fed up with mahindra .

Please help me .
