Dear Sir,

I am operated a current account 00********52 in the name of Sagar Forex Limited prime tower, G.T. Road, Jalandhar with ICICI Bank, G.T. Road, Jalandhar. mention bank is charged very heavy transaction charges in our account for last three years.I am written many time to waive my Charges. but they do nothing. Transaction charges is not fair because at the time of opening of our account icici banking executive asked me there is no cash and banking transaction charges on our account. but there is vice versa. Please tell me but i do for waive of transaction charges.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

The charges are levied to your account as per the schedule of charges.

When this charges are levied to your account that time your account is "Made To Order" account. In this account the charges would be levied as per confirmation between the customer and bank's solution manager which is decided at the time of account opening.

Hence for any assistance regarding this charges we request you to get in touch with your solution manger in branch.
