Anjali Cable Link System under AtoZ Cable Network - Excess subscription have been taking from some consumers by AnjaliCableLinkSys

Sub : Complaint against M/s. Anjali Cable Link System, 11 Sashi Bhushan Neogi
Garden Lane, Kolkata – 700 036 (2577-4872) under A to Z Cable Network, 22/1/12, Jogendra Basakh Road, Kolkata – 700 036 (Ph:2577-0836) for charging excess amount compared to other consumers

Ref : My earlier emails dated 15th & 30th Sept, 2011

I am a consumer of M/s. Anjali Cable Link System, 11, Sashi Bhusan Neogi Garden Lane, Kolkata-700 036 under your cable network since long years. Now I am paying subscription Rs.210/- (Rupees two hundred and ten only) per month including service tax against about 82 channels only which please note. Please also note that they are not issuing any bill to me against the said subscription which is gross violation of rules. It has come to my knowledge from other sources that they have been collecting Rs.180/- per month from various consumers. Is it possible to let me know why are the differences in the subscription payment? Is it justified or not? If not, please instruct them to adjust the total amount which they have taken from me Rs.30/- per month for few years against my monthly subscription.

You are requested to instruct them to look into this matter very seriously and take necessary action immediately without any delay.
