I am having scheme of one paise/per second for call charges but since last few days, I am being charged more instead of one paise/per second ; Yesterday , I was charged 1.5 Rs. just for 23 seconds. and 3.00 Rs. for 1.46 minutes. thus cheating me of more than 50 rupees. Earlier also the airtel has cheated me of more than Rs. 100/- by activating some job alert service on my mobile phone which I had never asked. It seems that the Airtel has instructed its staff to commit such type of fraud with its customers after some period intervals on regular basis.
Now I request you to revert to my previous scheme of one paise/per second for call charges and compensate me for loss. My mobile no. is ********46.
