Referring to the above captioned subject, I was using the mobile number :********66 since from July, 2012 on a package of Rs.199/- and I paid the last bill of Rs.475/- approximately and I have a credit limit on this number upto Rs.1000/- only. Though I have not opted for any GPRS on my own and my used call charges are only Rs.30.10 for 55 calls, however, I have received a bill with Rs.3687.21. I wonder, how have I got this much amount charged for using 55 local calls which lasts for about 1Hr.18 Mins.

I also have got another number (********12) which is used by me for my corporate use, I use this number maximum for my calls and GPRS.

On 30th, August 2012 I got a call from your office no.********20 for alerting me on my credit limit which has crossed Rs.1045/- and hence, requested me to pay Rs.750/- to keep me with in the limit. But, the bill which I received says 3687.21 is due on my name for the same period. Now, tell me how you can ask two different amounts from your office and after crossing the credit limit why you are not locked the access on my number and allowed me to go upto the above said amount. While I am getting many calls from your office without any reason to pay the above said amount, and without my knowledge who opted to go for GPRS upto that extent and why you are not allowed now and why have you been allowed the credit limit flows after Rs.1000/-.

For the above said amount, I am not liable to pay since, I am not utilized upto that extent of your mobile services and request you to arrange me the correct bill which amounts as per my usage it could be Rs.400 - 500/- else I have to take it up with respective consumer forum.
