Most of the real estate dealings are being managed by the Document Writers / Brokers (Real estate ) in Chandragiri
town and Site / Land Registrations were being done in Sub Registar's Office at nominal prices costing Enormous Loss to Govt., Exchequer.

Pl look into the matter and take action on the Brokers / Document writers first, and reguralise the mechanism so that the seller and buyer will be paying Taxes / Stamp duty to Govt., perfectly.
