wang hospitality equipments private limited - EPF amount not received due to non processing of EPF Form by Wang Professionals

I was an employee of Private organization Wang
Hospitality Equipments Private Limited & was
working in their Bangalore branch. The company has
head office in Delhi and I had submitted all the
relevant documents twice to Delhi office. The work
environment was congenial. There were verbal abuse
& harassment from the management and hence I was
forced to resign from the services. I was relieved
on 15-01-2011 & after the stipulated 3 months, I
have been following up and the company has not even
presented the PF documents to PF officer /
representative in Delhi. The company Wang
Hospitality Equipments Private Limited is
intentionally not processing the EPF from past one
year. I request you to take an immediate action on
this.
