I am a former employee of Windchimes Communications which is owned by Nimesh Shah and Sandhya Sadananda. These people are cheats and very cheap too.

I have three complaints to make which happened with me and two more of my colleagues.

I worked in their company for sometime and in the last month i worked here for more than 20 days. These people don\'t want to give me the salary for the same. This had happened earlier with another employee who fought long enough to get her salary finally after a very long time.

Also, when they give their offer letter, they say that there will be yearly appraisal as well as a \"upto\" 20 percent bonus at the end of the financial year. Now they are not giving it to the current employees as well as the employee who left after the end of the financial year.

Also these people call them a social media agency. Actually, Nimesh Shah is a big cheat who takes up any work through his contacts and then bugs his employees\' to do anything and everything.

Well I'm currently working in Windchimes and I only see employees losing money while they leave. The attrition rate is so high thats a clear indication of dis-satisfaction at work. I will be leaving soon but don't want to fall into any trap.

We have never had an employee by the name of ‘Palak’ on our records. Since this is a fictional employee, the credibility of the complaint is under question.

The statements made by the fictional employee ‘Palak’ on the review above are completely false and unsubstantiated in nature. The statements made are defamatory and directed at the Directors of the company, with the aim of tarnishing their reputation.
