This is not the first time ebay created this mess ebay has long history of creating the mess

My first Purchase from Ebay is power cord the seller did not provided any delivery information even after 6 days so I contacted ebay customer support they said they will look into the matter but nothing they did it is finally delivered after 12 days ebay customer support very promptly closed my complaint within 3 days quoting that I have received the product SO EBAY IS THERE SO SEE TAMASHA AND HARASSMENT OF COMMMON CUSTOMER!!


I do not take it that seriously and definitely made my second purchase of Mobile matter for Samsung Mobile the product due to assertiveness was delivered within 8 days but this time product was not per specification so I get lil back up with this battery I once again raised the issue the customer care did nothing for first 10 days then I called the them and even written email in the contact customer form the result is I received 2 calls from the support saying that they are very sorry and will look into it , then days gone they did nothing so I once again written another email and called them up they said that they are very sorry they will give me an update within 24-48 hours then nothing happened then one fine morning I received one call confirming that they will refund me the money then 15 days gone they did nothing I called them again they started laughing cutting jokes at me then said " what ever they can do nothing" then I have written another email then I received one call from a Support who does not seem to be aware of anything said the same sorry for that and then after that 24 hours has gone nothing happened

I made another mistake by prepaying another order for Bluetooth headphone that never reached me Am sure that will come the next year may be and am not going to accept this


So this is ebay even if you give beggar a rupee the beggar will say God will give you more money but if you give ebay money towards purchase then ebay will simply do nothing they will eat the money digest it and show you that they are powerful to get our money without providing any service


You will receive call with 24-48 hours update line that will never happen they will never punish a seller for selling spurious goods if you are not an MLA political class , they will never refund any money they may deliver the product per payment if they wish if they do not they will cut jokes at you start feeling worry for you and compel you take drastic step against them


In India we have different kinds of corruption like political corruption, cultural corruption but this is unique it is called EBAY CORRUPTION , it will continue until we uproot it from its base
