I have been following up with ebay for a long time to get the item or refund but they just keep giving false promises of a callback and that never happens at all. it keeps going on and on and on and on and on and on....
they think that customer will ultimately leave. but I wont leave them until i damage their name to the core.

Where you able to get this issue resolved?
I am going through a similar experience as I got a damaged & broken product and ebay is denying the claim saying that it needs to be dealt with the seller and warranty. Unfortunately the seller also is not responding. I wanted to see whether this is eBay's professional standard, and if the answer is yes, need to make it public in this forum at least.
