I have ordered a Nokia Lumia 720 phone. After receiving the phone from the seller, I opened and saw a scratch on the screen. I raised a claim on Ebay guarantee(Don't ever trust that). Even after raising the claim, there is no reply from Ebay. I called continuously for 5 days after which they gave a conference call with the seller. Initially the seller agreed upon replacing the item. But during the conference he reneged. Even ebay is trying to speak in favor of the seller. They tried to throw the blame on Nokia, as it is a manufacturing defect. Now I am helpless. Don't trust ebay and their sellers. They are completely fake.
