I placed an order on dt. 13th Aug 2017 to purchase shoes online via an Instagram account named “fashion_k_deewane” i spoke to the seller on whatsapp (********69) as well and he assured me to deliver it with in 4-5 days. I transferred the money i.e. 500 rupees to his paytm account immediately and i was in touch with him till next day of order and then from second day of order he is not replying back. I tried calling him more than 100 times, his phone was switched off most of the times but sometimes the ring would go through but he wouldn’t pick up the phone. i messaged him daily on whatsapp & instagram but he didn't reply till date. Even i didn't get any courier also till date.
