Sir, i have booked a parcel on 7.8.2017 at 15:00 hrs. From chourasta kolkata branch for hyderabad through air services vide Docket No.- D36033817 which is scheduled to be reached by 9.8.2017. On query it was revealed that the parcel has been sent through surface transport and the purpose was hampered. It was reached on 12.08.2017 instead of 09.08.2017. It is a big negligence in your part. You are requested to take necessary strong step against your official and pass an order to return back the full amount with penalty. A line of confirmation please be communicated at an earliest.
