Residential area - Drainage block, informed the house owner, but action not taken for past 10 days.

We stay in rented house in below address. No - 2, Cross cut road 8th street, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore - 641012.
Total building drainage and electrical system was maitained properly, complaned many time regarding this our House owner Mr.Mahesh and Mrs. Sujatha Mahesh. The drainage has been blocked for past 10 days, which also been complaint to the house owner, they are not bother to rectify the same, since they stay somewhere else. The drainage water has come out and totally polluted in front of the house. If we ask about this, they are asking us to vacate the house, not giving proper solution. Everyday night the house owner's son and his college friends stay in the same building and making more noise and shouting at whole night to spoil our sleep, don't know where to complaint and how to handle about this issue. Kindly consider this complaint as serious one and do the needful at the earliest.
