ZML COM - downloading paid movies from the site

HI,
> I AM VIPIN GUPTA FROM INDIA. I SUBSCRIBED TO ZML.COM
> FOOR THE FREE ONLINE MOVIES WHICH LATER ON I DISCOVERED THAT
> THEY ARE DOING IT ILLEGALLY. JUST AFTER AN HOUR OF PROVIDING
> MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO THEM I CANCELLED THE SERVICES,
> WHICH WAS A PART OF THEIR CONTRACT. SINCE THEN 15 DAYS HAVE
> PASSED AND I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE MY MONEY BACK.
> DESPITE MY REPEATED REQUESTS, THEY FAILED TO FULLFIL
> THE CONTRACT TERMS. I AM GETTING ASSURANCE FROM THEM VIA
> EMAILS FOR REFUNDING THE MONEY BUT ACTUAL TRANSFER HAS YET
> TO BE DONE. I AM SURPRISED THAT A COUNRTY LIKE CYPRUS IS
> HARBOURING WEB SITE LIKE THESE. PL HELP ME OUT IN GETTING MY
> MONEY BACK.
