Tata DOCOMO Photon - Double recharge but single benefit

Hi, I am Dr. Qamar Shadab and I have a complaint against Tata DOCOMO Photon service. I recharged my photon ( No. ********50 ) with Rs. 1500/- on 11th July 2012 at around 08:00 pm and got the benefit (6 GB data usage ) for that. By mistake one of my known vender also recharged it on 12th July 2012 at around 11:00 pm with same amount Rs. 1500/- but for that I am still to get the benefit ( 6 GB data usage ). Now on asking for the benefit they are asking for the transaction number. All these above data is available with the company but still they are not doing the rightful. So I request to interfere into the matter and help me to get the benefits for second transaction
Further more it is to inform you that they have deleted all the data about this Tata DOCOMO Photon No. ( ********50) and they are also not answering my call properly. They pick the phone and after knowing the detail they simply disconnect the phone. This is done by Mr Abhiskek at around 11:45 pm on 15th of Oct 12. They have blocked my email also now I am unable to communicate by email to them. By mailing them I get the reply of mail sending failure. This is the way to deal their customer by these big companies.
