sir i was taken car loan on 27 july 2011. regularly i was deposited installment. bank issue this loan for 72 installment of same amount. amount was not declared to me. bank now not priddes account detail, bank officers and staff not takes my application to provide detail for me. currently i am deposited regularly installment.
bank impose double time interest on this account. when i am asking, no answer was given by bank orally or in written. double interest impose for same time period.
how can we solve this problem with bank throgh fair environment.
