Akash Creations - DOMAIN NAME FRAUD

HI I M GAURAV KAPOOR AND HAVE GOT A WEBSITE MAVE FROM AAKASH CREATIONS,, DELHI AS I WAS NOT SATISFIED FROM THEIR SERVICES I PLANNED TO MAKE A NEW WEBSITE AND TO REGISTER MY DOMAIN NAME FROM SOME OTHER COMPANY.

SO I ASKED TO GIVE HIM FOR MY CONTROL PANEL AND HE PROVIDED ME THAT BUT NOW I M UNABLE TO TRANSFER MY DOMAIN NAME.

SO KINDLY HELP ME IN THAT AND WHAT CAN BE DONE THANKS
