my flower tree - dissatisfied with yourorder placement

my order no 17564.
i had booked a teddy on 8 feb 2011 to be delivered to my wife on 10 feb 2011.
next day one of your chaps calls and tells that the teddy is an add on n cant be delivered separately.
1. if the teddy was an add on it shouldve been mentioned in the website but, it was not done so and also while the order was being processed, it couldve been brought out that the order cant be processed as the teddy(only) was an add on which was not done.
2. Mr Allen told me that he will clarify from the authorities and get back to me which he never did, n when i called to check that what cud be done, they refused my calls.
3. I wanted to have that teddy delivered to my wife today but due to the mismanagement at "my flower tree", it will not be delivered.
4. The cost was only rs 300 but the value of that teddy reaching my wife was invaluable.

What ami supposed to do?
Can the consumer court help me in this
