Please note that I had ordered Nokia Bluetooth Head set BH 505 through EDEAL.IN website.

Item hardly worked for a day. I tired charging it for abour a week and when still it did not work, I asked the site for exchange of item. The site people are refucing despite my continous request. Please help me out.
