I am Bhavya Minocha. I visited the PNB Green Park Main Branch on 13 November 2014, 11 AM to get a Demand Draft. During the process there was no staff to help with the procedure. There was a total of only 3 people working who were extremely rude and misbehaved verbally with me.
I want to complaint on behalf of Sri Likhi Ram, a poor and old man, who was the subject to the disrespect and harassment.
Sri Likhi Ram had come to take his pension, but to my surprise the staff was making fun of him and did not attend to him. They did not tell him the reason for not giving the pension and forced him to leave the bank. I personally helped him. On asking the MCD Office, Greenpark, I was told the bank was supposed to explain to Shri Likhi Ram, that the pension was late by a week and that he would have to fill a form to get it. The staff mocked at me when I was helping him understand. They harassed me and disrespected the old man.
This is a shameful behaviour. The Bank Manager was not present, there was nobody at the help desk and nobody knew when they would come.
I would like to take a quick action against the Bank Branch for such a poor and disrespectful customer service.
As a customer, I feel hurt and do not like the way they treated people. All in all, it was a pathetic experience with Punjab National Bank and I would not want to go back there again.
My new saving account was not oppend because pnb empolyee say i have no form but his have many form available
This comlaint against Dilbagh Singh PNB Bank Rasoolpur Kalan Distt Amritsar Punjab. I visited this bank 17.12.2014 and ask to Mr Dilbagh Singh please cash my school cheque Rs 45000/- and after he extremely rude and misbehaved verbally with me.HE refuse my school cheque and told me we no need school Account in our bank. I told to Bank P.O. R.K.Bhagat he also support his emloyee
