Western Railway - Disobedient Behaviour

I am a regular traveller by Western railway from Charni Road to Andheri my earlier Quaterly pass was getting due today i.e 23-Dec-2010 UTS B0149Y959G, I have applied for a fresh Quaterly Pass from Churghgate to Borivali for which your Staff has booked a Pass from 23-Dec-2010 To 22-Mar-2010.

On highlighting that since the pass was issued since 23-Dec-2010 there is a loss of 1 day from my end for travelling. On reply instead of providing an apology the staff has replied with bad word and misbehaving tone which is Absolutely dissatisfied service by the end of Western Railway ticketing window Staff.

I would appreciate if you could education front end Staff to be polite with the customer and assure better services to customers.
