I booked a Elantra s crdi from suerion hyundai on 23th of oct, 2013. First of all, dealer asked me to pay the booking amount as 4 lakh rupees. When I denied and got up to go to some other dealer, we settled on 45,000rs. Shortly afterwards due to some personal problems, i had to cancel the booking, but the manager was very rude and abusive and flat out refused to refund the money. details are given below.
