Complaint by: Dr Chilton on June 14, 2010, 11:40 pm in Travel and Vacations

I normall finish work at 1700 and I just manage to catch the 1711 train from Bradford to Skipton.

Tonight one of the conductions made me go into the office to buy a 50 pence ticket. I explained that I would miss my train and that there was a queue but this didnt bother her she still made me miss my train.

The ticket machine doesnt dispense metro tickets for 60 year olds and so0 by having to queue with one person on the counter it means missing my train and waiting another 30 minutes for the sake of not lettring me purchase a ticket off the conductor.

Whats happened to good customer relations, this is disgracefull behaviour.

Complainant's Goal: To enable metro card holders purchase a ticket on the train with the conductor
