The customer purchase a Motor Cycle from Hero Honda Motor’s Gwalior dealer M/s Tanushka Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. on 20.07.2010, Company has supplied to customer defective vehicle and company not given any response on customer’s complaints send through online complaint form of company and mails send to company’s dealer, Regional Office and Zonal Offices.
Customer made bike service at 17 times in just last four months at service center but the problem of bike not solved till this date by company. The current running status of bike is 1900 Kms. in which approx 700 to 800 Kms. running by company’s service center for testing of bike.
As per offensive behavior given by company, Company asking to make more re-services to solve the problem. When it is already clear that bike is failure to pay service to the customer and companies all technicians approx 15 persons, as per companies service center M/s Tanushka Automobiles already gives there efforts to solve the problem, but there is no results. So in respect of that customer already said many times to company for replacement of bike but company again-n-again only give assurance. It means company waiting for any injuries or death for replacing of bike or company showing negligence against there defective product and not giving any reply of customer’s complaints.
In last service time company second service of bike made by customer as per rules of company to continue warranty. At the time of delivery of Bike Company not ready to give delivery to customer without written certificate of fitness of bike. When customer given pressure of legal complaint, company have ready to delivery of bike. This is not a good businessservices given by company by there this kind of attitude.
It is very hurting to know that there is no value of any life in company’s regulations. It’s not possible for customer to make more service because of customer already faced warm loss of time and money till this time.

I have purchase a 10 year to hero Honda bike because i am trust hero Honda but this time i have thing way i have chose hero Honda bike so i thing i have set my mind advice my all the friend not to bye hero Honda bike.
I bought a passion pro bike in middle August, 2010. After one month a sound comes from silencer or engine when stop the bike after running one or more kilomiter, which i do not understand this sound has come from where silencer or engine.but i thing this sound is generated in engine,i dont know but id thing a problem will be time change are loser or tapped loser i dont knew i have complaint every service time but he dont listen my complaint.but,i knew it a problem.i requist please replace a part arly as possibully sir.

I Purchases new Hero honda Bike from Vikas Auto Aligarh Showroom. Vikas Auto Have a very big showroom for new bike sale. but they don,t have no good engg. for bike service. when i purchases a new bike its average was 53/per letter, but after 1st service its come down only 30 and 2nd service come on only 20. five time i went to showroom and check the bike all time engg. said that bike is ok might be patrol is not god. so many other think. but they are not solve the provlam and so many customer have a same problem. so vikas auto give bery bed service after sale the bike.
