I have made purchase of INR 100000 during their summer promotional period and I was eligible for a gift as per their promotional offer.
The website "http://deals.ebay.in/summerpromo2012/" gives details of their summer promotional advertisement.
In view of this promotional offer advertisement given in there website, I made purchases worth INR 100000.

I claimed a gift for my cumulative purchases as per their instructions and the gift I claimed is: Seagate 3 TB 3.5" HDD
After I claimed my gift, they have blocked my ebay user ID for unknown reasons.
Now they are saying since your user ID is blocked we cant deliver your gift.
I called ebay.in customer care many times and I asked for my gift but they said they cant deliver.
My complaint here is: As per their advertisement I made purchases and claimed gift. After I have claimed my gift without delivering it they have blocked my user ID. Now they are saying since it is blocked we cant deliver you gift.
Request you to approach with them and help me to get my gift delivered.

In Ebay, I Purchased a "Brand New Dell 15R N5050 Laptop Notebook i3 4GB 500GB DOS Warranty" (Item ID: 2********402) item with the PaisaPay ID 31********9 on 25-July-2012. For that I entered a Friendship day Gift Code "YOBUDDY013 – Samsung E2222 (Mobile)". And I confirmed that I am fully eligible for the gift by your care peoples . But still I wont receive the gift Item from my-side. Already 85 days crossed from the purchase date. Kindly help me for this problem.
Previously I sent two mails on 10-September-2012 and 29-September-2012 respectively for the same to the ebay help mail( incswebhelp@ebay.com ). But no response from Ebay. And I sent a mail to inpromotions@ebay.com to promotion team on 04-October-2012. Still No responses for the mail too.
I Queried many times through ebay toll free Number for this problem. Here I mentioned the Service Nos and Attended Person Names.

Still I wont get the particular Gift. In my Previous Query, ebay Care person(Mr.Zaver) told that I will get a the gift before 30-September-2012 and get a call from your back-end team. But still I wont get anything. And Mr.Manish(Promotional Team Supervisor) told me that the gift was dispatched from ebay. But still I not get that from my-side. And now Afsal words were also Fake. The time limit crossed. Now in my last Query Mr.Praveen Spoke with me and asked another 7 Days. But I not believe that i will receive the gift.
Kindly consider this and make favor to me. Send the particular gift for my registered address soon.
