HUDA - Demarcation Of PLOT Needed

Respected Sir,

Sub-Demarcation of plot no 913 in Sec-39

I have a plot in sec-39 plot no 913 and i am very upset now.I am trying to get the demarcation of this plot from march 2009 and still
i have not received the same. I am a widow lady but still have visited hundred of times sec-56 HUDA office still they say file has been passed on to the other officer for approval and the case has been pending for a very long time.I have personally met the estate officer as well but still i am unable to construct my plot . Please do the needful for me so that i can construct my plot as early as possible.
