Sir, my online book order ID is BOI60951, dated 12 Aug 15. I had orderd a book of engineering measurement and made the payment whatever reflected online through debit card .My order placed successfully as the payment made and also it displayed 'under process' on company website, but after a day a company rep named Ravi who only deal with all these, called me and demanded an extra amount of ₹50 saying that the book price has been revised , so you have to pay the revised price through the link sent by mail or your order would be cancelled , and in case of cancellation, money would be refunded after deduction of 10% processing charges.however I want book as I have paid the requisite amount and from my side I have no reason to cancel, so if they cancel my order they must need to refund the full amount without any deduction. Also six days have been passed and still I am waiting for the delivery, paying in advance . thanks!
