Dear Sir/Madam

We have booked an apartment at Unitech Horizon, the possession of which has not been allotted to us since long time. Inspite of several contacts, mails, there have been no proper response from their side. We would request you to please consider our matter and take a action or negotiate on our behalf to the company for earliest delivery of Apartment to us.

Here are the details of the Apartment and some of the points on which I want to draw your attention

Our apartment is at (Tower 23, Floor 12, Flat no 1203) at Unitech Horizon, Plot no 6, Sector-pi-02, Greater Noida. The possession of the apartment was scheduled for 15th November, 2008(as in mentioned in the agreement). We have already paid Rs 47.5 Lakhs. We visited tower 23 (in which our apartment is booked), till now no construction work is going on and it is likely to take a lot of time to complete the construction.

There has never been an intimation from their (Unitech Horizon) end , as to the reason for the delay in construction, and hence we really don’t know what are the specific reasons existing for the delay. Whenever we are asking, we are told 3 more months and from the last 5 years it is going on ... .

The rates of properties in the last 5 years have risen at exponential rates and if that money we would have invested anywhere else, we would have got good returns on it. In this case we are losing more than Rs 20 lakh as interest cost on our investment.

From 2008, it is 2013 and still no possession has been given,

We didnt have any reply from their side even after multiple visits to site offices, property locations, emails. In Such a situation, we dont know what should be done by us.
Who will take care of our financial burden, the kind of mental stress and duress we are under, we shudder to think what we should do the next.

A large group like Unitech is gathering negative goodwill for such a small amount.
