I had redeemed a policy and got payment only after 18days.again the same was done for transfer of forex and now latest when 4 other amc paid me out directly to my act for mutual funds sold,icici sent a cheque which i deposited and even now i await the credit.mutual fund was of icici and my bank is also icici.deliberate delay payment tactics.3 times.highly disgusted such treatment in service industry.
