Hi,
This is Raju rai from Noida,i just log a complaint against delay in service,jai maa durga comm.peoples call to me from last 20 days regarding my reliance prepaid cdma no change to post paid,on 16/3/2012 one executive come for collecting documents,from the sides of jai maa durga comm, i give all the required doc and advance money which is some of Rs250(bill-4288),he told me your connection activated within 24hr.but after 9 days i'm looking for same,when i call to senior person in Jai maa durgar comm, they not giving me any solution and every day just say to me your no is activated within 2hrs,but still i'm watting for activation,i all ready phase lots of problems i;m not able to recharge any prepaid voucher because if my no is change into post paid then my all prepaid balance and plans automatically laps,i regularly call to Mr Deepak which is the managing person of Jai maa durga comm,now they can't pick my calls,kindly help me.
