Subject:-Refund of e-ticket
Sir,
I had booked 4 tickets on waiting list wide PNR No.4225721781, Transaction ID No.0302279260 on 29/01/2011 for journey by Train No.16346 - Netravati Express from Kundapura(KUDA) to Lokamanya Tilak Terminus boarding date being 26/04/2011.
After preparation of the reservation chart on 25/04/2011, before departure of the train from originating station,only one ticket was confirmed for the passenger of PQWL 1 and the status of other passengers were still on waiting list .
Since we are traveling as a group of our own family members we could not travel by that train and as per railway rules also we can't enter the reserved compartment without confirmed reservation.
I had tried to cancell the whole ticket but could not do so since as per railway's new net booking rules partialy confirmed tickets can't be cancelled ,only TDR can be filed. "since the chart has been prepared the ticket can't be cancelled".
So I filed a TDR at about 14.00 hrs on 25/04/2011 ( 12 hours Before scheduled boarding time )itself stating the only reason of option available (as passenger not travelled),eventhough the boarding time was 02.00 hrs on 26/04/2011.
I had not received any refund till today & the status of TDR as on today is same as on 15/09/2011.
The TDR status Forwarded reference No. ekt2011042502480596 & the TDR filing date is 15/09/2011.
I had send many mails to irctc.co.in & their reply was that the requst for refund has been forwarded to the railway & you will receive your payment soon.

firstly let me introduce myself i am siddharth saxena lives in 36' new m.l.a colony jwahar chowk bhopal(m.p).i made my ticket deposit receipt on the date: 18.08.2011 and my date of journey is-10.08.2011 from bhopal to bilaspure by the train number-18238 pnr-2******** and i was wait from six month beside this there is no refund of my complaint furthere the bhopal station staf did very unproffesionaly and rude behaviour they did'nt give a responce and even a complaint book so, please take some action on this and fast response on my tdr refund.my tdr information is given below:-
