Please help in the following matter which is regarding unnecessary delay by Big Bazaar Sarjapur Road store in refund of cancelled Profit Club card# ********228916.

It has been close to 50 days. Following formal complaints have been registered with them but they have not taken any action. apart from below formal complaints multiple follow up attempts to check the status has been made by me.

Complaint#2 - 7120376 on Jan 15, 2017
Complaint#3 - 7122072 on Jan 24, 2017

No resolution has been offered except cancelling the card. However i have not received the refund amount after 40 days since card was cancelled against their promise to refund the money in 15 days since complaint is logged.
