Indane Gas - delay in refill

I have a connection no. N27261 at Lucknow, UP. in the name of my mother in law. The gas agency is Narain Gas Service. I have booked a refill on 19.4.12 and have not received the same till date. This agency invariably takes more than 15 days to send a refill while other agencies in the locality take 3-5 days. Please look into the matter as the whole area under this agency is facing problems because of this delay.

I have booked gas at 30 july 2012 at Yadu gas agency ,but we didnt get till 9 August 2012..it happens everytime and the weight of gas cylinder is not more than 26 or 27kg.
