www.dealsandyou.com - Delay in product delivery and delay in cancellation refund...

Hi,

I have order product of multi cooker from the online shopping site dealsandyou.com...

My order number is 322230...

i have order product on 12/10/11 12:19 PM..

Initially when I called they said product will be deliver within 21 working days... So waited since long and then after 21 days they said complaint and will revert back to me.. but still no update so I had canceled product and ask for refund ... After 5 days of time when agin check that is it refund is initiated then still they said we are waiting for response.

It\'s horrible experiance with online shopping with dealsandyou.com...

Please sujest me what to do on same.
