rationing office - Delay in issue of Ration Card

As i am transferred ration from native Aundh, Tal khatav, Dist Satara to I.T.I. Road No. 28, Wagle Estate,Thane I have applied for new rationing card in 15th April 2010 and submitted all relevant documents to Mr. Laxman Patil who is shop inspector for the respected area. He had isssued the slip dated 15th May 2010.

After the schedule time when i reach to get issued ration card, shop inspector assured to be issued in few days but after regular followup, in June first week shop inspector stated that your original paper submitted had been missed placed from us, so you should re-submit whole documents again. Infact I was holding xerox set of earlier submitted documents. I had re-submitted xerox set to Laxman Patil (Shop Inspector) in first week of June 2010

But even though after regular followup no positive reply received and false assurance made such as " I will check it come after two days", "It's under process", "Pending for signature" and many other such excuses each time.


Kindly look into the matter as serious issue an treat as a priority
