I have sent courier on 16th Jan 2014 from Zahirabad to Visakhapatnam. But till date it is not deliverd.
When I called after 6days (21st Jan 2014) to the proffesional courier at the destination point, that is Malkapuram Visakhapatnam couriers. I got a very rude answer that the the work force will come at 12noon and they will dispatch it. and he says that he is not clear about the delivery time. Please take proper action on the management at Malkapuram branch
