Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Delay in Delivery of Ertiga Zxi

I booked Ertiga Zxi Alloy wheel Silver colour at Mahalaxmi Automotives Private Limited, Pune on 18th Feb 2014.

I was told that I will get delivery within 15-20 days. In the acknowledgement booklet they mentioned that it will be in 31 days. When I asked about that they said it is only for buffer however i will get delivery before that.

Later on in 1st week of March, when i started contacting I was told that i will get delivery by 25th March which is even beyond 31 days commitment on paper. I was told that this is a tentative timeline.

I contacted other dealer and they were ready to give me car by 13th March. When I conveyed this to Mahalaxmi they said they can deliver this by 15th March hence I did not go with another dealer.

Then I kept on following on 9th,10th and so on and till today the car has not been dispatched from factory and have no idea when it will be dispatched.
