I ladda pavan have INDIGO CS car regd. no MH24 C 8296 ( MAY 2008)i had an accident on 7 MARCH 2010 at 5.00 AM at buldhana [mahar].After that i had given my car for repair in to your Garje automobile on 15 april 2010 under cashless facility by NATIONAL INSURANCE Your advisor Mr.nakil committed to deliever my car with in 60 days.- meanwhile on demand by GARGE AUTOMOBILE WE DEPOSITE RS 20000 THOUSAND TO them Today is 22 AUGUST 2010 & i didnt get my car back GARJE AUTOMOBILE are not responding me, its been so long that i am calling them again & again & visiting your Company again & again but they are least bothered about my complaint & they always said we will give your car in 15 -20 DAYS days.
YESTERDAY WHEN I complaint about delay in repair of my car they shoutened on me in very poor ] rude & rough language
So this my humble request to you please i want my car repaired as soon as possible, as i dont have any other car. I have hired a car on rent for my daily travelling & unnecessarily i am paying rent. So please look in to this matter & resond me as soon as possible
