Dear Sir,

I am a proud owner of your SX4 Vxi car and I find this car to be one of the best in its segment. I bought this car in December 2011, after having test driven at least 10 other cars int his segment. I have on previous occasions also been owner of small Maruti cars. But this has been my first experience with a big car of your Company. I am happy that I chose Maruti.
Recently however I had a problem which could not be solved to my satisfaction. I bought the SX4 Vxi from Rohan Motors, Gurgaon in December. The details are :Chasis No. 192698, Engine No. 2041910, delivered on 23rd Dec 2011. Till now the car has run 6000 kms only. While driving on the Delhi Jaipur highway, one of the tyre the rear right side , cracked. I immediately investigated it and found that there is a patch kind of thing on the tyre. I took it to your Rohan Motors, Gurgaon, Warranty Manager, who inturn sent it to Bridgestone tyre for their veiws. Unfortunately my request for replacement has been rejected by them, saying that the tyre has been cut due to penetration due to impact from sharp external object. I am surprised to see such a comment. You will understand that this highway has a very high traffic and hundreds of car commute on this highway. there were so mny cars ahead of me. How can some one even imagine that there was a sharp object on the fast running highway !! I am sure that thentyre has a manufacturing defect which Bridgestone is refusing to accept. I request you to take this up with your tyre supplier and get me a replacement at the earliest.
