SONY ERICSSON NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE PROBLEM IN THEIR BRAND NEW W205 HANDSET - MORE PROBLEMS HAVE PROPPED UP.
I bought a W205 sony ericsson phone from mobile store, kemps corner on Oct 10, 2009. The phone was for my driver. On opening I found the phone was defective with characters appearing after few secons after typing. I took the phone back immediately and was shocked when they refused to change the defective piece. Was given to the customer care who promised they would replace the handset which eventually they did not but gave the phone back after 10 days with the problem still existent.
Sony ericsson replied to me asking for IMEI No and other details which I sent to them on Oct 2, 2009. They have not bothered to revert back. The phone is lying idle and is of no use to me. FURTHER, ONE MORE PROBLEM HAS BEEN NOTICED IN THIS PHONE. MANY TIMES THE PHONE HANGS WHEN THE CALL IS NOT ANSWERED AND THE CELLPHONE VIBRATES WITH THE CALLING NUMBER FLASHING TILL THE BATTERY GETS DRAINED (THE PHONE CANNOT BE DISCONNECTED..THE BATERY HAS TO BE REMOVED AND REFITTED).
MY MESSAGE FOR SONY ERICSSON - PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SELLING DEFECTIVE MODELS IN INDIA. YOU ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE LEGAL SYTEM WHICH IS VERY SLOW AND LAID BACK. YOU WOULD NOT DARE TO TRY THIS IN EUROPE OR THE U.S. I WOULD APPRECIATE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND.
battery problem.... head set ave 2 replace......... not charging properly....... it is in problem................

sony is felt to customer satisfaction, No quality as it was used to be, thats why they falling out of market. thet are alot responsible for e waste like my w 380.
