The seat was defective and gave me bach pain after watching a movie of 2.5 hrs. The issue was raised to the admin staff, however no solution could be provided and we were asked to continue with the same defective seat. Totally unacceptable service after paying 200 to 300 for a movie. Inox needs to work on the regular maintenance and cleaning of the seats as the seats were stinking and had fungus on them.
